Photography Submission Guide

Please kindly note that we only accept high-resolution JPEG images that are original and taken by you personally. Our team believes that quality is more important than quantity, so please take the time to submit your best work. Additionally, we require at least one element in the photo to be in focus. We kindly request that you avoid photographing logos, but if it's unavoidable, please use an aperture length that will keep it out of focus. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines. Any images that do not comply with these rules will not be uploaded. Thank you!

  • File name conventions:
    Photograph-Name-by-Photographer Name.jpeg

  • Image Quality
    Photos should no be cropped too tight, the subject must be in focus and the photos should be exposed correctly.

  • Description:
    Add in date, place, and any other pertinent details about the photo. If you photo contains people, add their names into the description and ensure you have their approval to sell their photos.

  • Image Dimensions:
    All images should be a minimum 300 dpi. Image should be minimum 1500 pixel (width or height).

  • Permissions:
    If the photograph is a crowd scene or taken in a public place where people would not have a reasonable expectation of privacy, you may not need permission to use the photograph. However, it's always best to err on the side of caution and obtain consent if possible. Please avoid photographing
